Tash

Tash is an experienced maths tutor with over ten years of teaching and tutoring experience. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in maths and feel that the subject is manageable, achievable and less overwhelming.

Tash carefully tailors each lesson to the way the student thinks, building on their existing skills and strengths. Her sessions are warm, interactive and encouraging, with a strong focus on helping learners develop clear problem-solving strategies that work for them.

She believes that mistakes are an important part of learning and helps students see them as useful stepping stones rather than something to fear. By creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable having a go, Tash helps learners grow in both confidence and independence.

Outside of tutoring, Tash enjoys board games, especially Forest Shuffle and Cartographers, reading fantasy novels and knitting.
