Terms and Conditions for Tuition Services with Tutoring with Portia

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using tuition services arranged, facilitated, administered and/or provided by Tutoring with Portia.

These Terms explain how we work with Clients, Students and Tutors. Depending on the type of tuition or educational service booked, Tutoring with Portia may act either as an Employment Agency or as an Employment Business.

For most one-to-one tuition arrangements, Tutoring with Portia introduces the Client to a suitable self-employed Tutor and supports the arrangement through administration, communication, lesson records, reporting and payment processing.

For group lessons, revision sessions, courses, workshops, masterclasses and similar services, Tutoring with Portia will usually provide the service directly.

 

By booking, accessing or using tuition services arranged, facilitated, administered or provided by Tutoring with Portia, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of a Student under 18, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian or authorised person responsible for the booking.
