George is a fully qualified English teacher with an Enhanced DBS. Having achieved a BA (Hons) in English at Queen Mary, University of London, George has since been teaching English at secondary schools from 2018. 

George believes in a knowledge rich and fluid style of educating, one in which the child can explore ideas and hone their ability to think critically. Through providing an educational environment where in mistakes are merely opportunities to develop, George’s students feel safe and able to genuinely improve their academic abilities and attainment; skills that will benefit them for the rest of their lives. 

Beyond examinations and grades, this wholistic aspect is the true value of education. Education, in this respect, has been the greatest gift I have received in my life, and it is my ambition as a teacher to
pass this lifelong love of learning on to my students.
