Steph

Steph is a highly qualified teacher with over 20 years’ experience in teaching and training. Her background in both educational and probation settings has equipped her with unique skills to mentor and motivate learners of all abilities, including those with complex needs.

Steph's teaching philosophy focuses on making learning interactive and relevant. She encourages students to take ownership of their learning by discussing their strengths and areas for improvement. By incorporating students' interests and utilising tools like physical whiteboards and emojis, she creates a dynamic and supportive learning environment. Her experience includes developing programs such as an Understanding Canines course, a Covid recovery program, and a creative writing program. Steph's adaptability, organisational skills, and commitment to fostering educational growth make her an exceptional online tutor.
